Orsolya Antal is an experienced professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Sourcing Team Lead and Talent Sourcer at Kandidate since January 2019, where the focus is on connecting startups with top talent in collaboration with leading venture capitalists. Prior roles include Talent Partner at Zencargo through Kandidate, and as a Research Specialist and Jr. Research Analyst at SourceMatch, a recruitment firm specializing in the IT sector. During the period from December 2014 to March 2020, Orsolya was a member of PomiOradea, a family-owned plant nursery. Orsolya holds a Master’s Degree in Regional Business Administration from the State University of Oradea, along with Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from Emanuel University of Oradea, and Agriculture from the University of Debrecen.
