Robert Paul Damasco has held various engineering roles over the past decade. In 2019, they joined Kanda as a Lead Engineer. Prior to that, they were a DevOps Engineer at Concentrix from 2016 to 2019, where they were assigned to work with the world's biggest search engine to engineer and architect a system to monitor WiFi networks across the globe. Robert Paul helped design the infrastructure for the system and created and maintained automation scripts for launching the infrastructure in the Google Cloud platform. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Cascadeo Corporation, where they configured monitoring for client devices and created various automation and management scripts using API's of the different services the company uses.

Robert Paul Damasco holds a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering from De La Salle University. Robert Paul also holds a Google Cloud Certified - Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google, which they obtained in December 2021.
