Veronika Draganova has held a variety of roles in their career. In 2021, they began working at Kanbanize as a Strategic Events Manager and Business Development Expert. In this role, they help people do meaningful work and accelerate innovation through Kanbanize's Agile project management software.

Prior to this, they worked at Hanson Canada from 2019-2021, where they held roles such as Associate Director of Marketing, Interim Marketing Team Lead, Leadership Development Associate, Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, and Assistant to the President and CEO. In the Executive Assistant role, they communicated directly with the President and CEO and Board members, and managed special projects for the President and CEO.

Veronika Draganova obtained their Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto in 2018, following their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto Mississauga in 2016. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including a Certificate of Completion - Entrepreneurial Training Program from ABLE Activator in 2022, Create a Brand Strategy, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training, Marketing Foundations, Tips for Working Remotely, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, Kanban System Design from Kanban University, and Scrum for Managers and Key Experts from the European Software Institute - Center Eastern Europe (ESI CEE).
