Prashant M J is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, Lean practices, and team coaching, currently serving as a Lead Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS since January 2016. In parallel, Prashant holds roles as an Equality Advocate and Community Leader at Agile Network India, and an Accredited Kanban Trainer at Lean Kanban Inc. Additionally, Prashant is involved in community organization efforts at several industry events, including DevOpsSummit.org, ScrumSummit.org, AgileSummit.org, and Lean Kanban India. Prior to current roles, Prashant gained valuable experience at Wipro as an Agile Team Coach, as well as at Collabera and Value Base Solutions in technical leadership roles. Prashant earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Walchand Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1996.
