Adrià Arnaste Rodriguez is currently the Head of Design at Kamleon since November 2022 and serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Engineering in Product Design Department at Elisava Escola Universitària de Disseny i Enginyeria de Barcelona since January 2019. Previously, Adrià held the position of Chief Design Officer at elarco from June 2015 to December 2022, focusing on design management and development processes. Additional experience includes mentoring startups at Fashioneers Accelerator in October 2017, lecturing on Simulation and Computational Mechanics in 2017, and holding various leadership roles such as CEO at bgoO. and co-founder of EGG Community. Adrià's career began as a Product Engineer at INDUSTRIAL ART in 2011 and included a role as a Marketing Assistant at Combray Solutions. Adrià's academic qualifications include a BA in Product Design Engineering from Elisava School of Design and Engineering and a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña.
