Wilson Battles has extensive work experience in procurement, distribution, and supply chain management. Wilson is currently serving as the Director of Procurement at KaMin since September 2022. Prior to this, Wilson held the position of Director of Distribution at Truck Hero from October 2018 to September 2022. Wilson worked as a Buyer at Kubota Tractor Corporation from April 2015 to April 2018 and as a Supply Chain Manager at Imerys from January 2013 to January 2014. Wilson also served as a Commodity Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company from 2007 to 2013 and as a Supply Chain Analyst at Boeing from January 1989 to January 2007.

Wilson Battles holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Georgia College & State University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Wilson also has a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Charter Oak State College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mercer University. In addition, they are certified in Cpim from APICS, which they obtained in September 2000.
