Prentice Stamps has extensive experience in various roles within the IT industry. Prentice started their career at Imerys, where they worked as a System Analyst/Developer. Prentice then moved on to The Palmer Group and Esavio Consulting, where they served as a Senior Consultant/Software Developer. Prentice continued to gain experience and expertise at Cox Enterprises as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager.

Prentice later joined Travel Channel as a Senior Manager in IT Interactive Systems, where they provided strategic direction for infrastructure design and applications development. Prentice also worked as the Technical Director of Application Development for Entertainment & Site Search at Turner Broadcasting.

Paramount Software Solutions, Inc hired Prentice as a Senior IT Director, where they oversaw architecture, development, and strategic direction on various technology solutions. Prentice also implemented the PMO and project management methodologies within the organization.

Prentice then joined Inhabit as the Director of Engineering, responsible for building and maintaining an IT Development/Operations function. Prentice provided oversight for DevSecOps and AWS API integrations, among other responsibilities.

Most recently, Prentice Stamps held the position of Director of IT Application Services at KaMin. In this role, they provided strategic direction and management of the company's core software applications, advocating for enterprise-grade IT strategies and ensuring robust computing environments. Prentice also oversaw ERP, enterprise applications, data and integration services, and business intelligence.

Prentice Stamps attended East Georgia State College from 1988 to 1991 and obtained an AA degree in Fine/Studio Arts. Subsequently, from 1991 to 1993, they pursued a BBA degree in MIS from Georgia Southern University. Continuing their education there, they obtained an MBA degree in Management Information Systems, General from Georgia Southern University from 1995 to 2025.
