Mattias Törnqvist is an experienced engineering manager specializing in agile development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Kambi since June 2019, Mattias oversees two development teams. Prior experience includes a role as Agile Team Manager at ÅF, managing multiple agile Scrum teams across various domains, and a position at Ericsson as a Consultant and Project Manager for a Test System HW Design team. Mattias has held managerial positions as Section Manager at ST-Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, resource planning, performance management, and coordination with global teams. Mattias began the career as a test leader and verification engineer at Ericsson and holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
