Ben Bronshtein has significant experience in customer service and intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Kaltura since November 2020, where responsibilities also include site operations and online data management. Prior to this, Ben worked as an Intelligence Specialist in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 9900 from December 2016 to August 2019. Educationally, Ben is pursuing dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Economics, at Tel Aviv University, expected to be completed by August 2024. Ben holds a High School Diploma in Computer Science from Ironi h, obtained in 2016.
