Ayala Iwanir has a diverse work experience in the field of information systems and customer operations. Ayala started their career at John Bryce in 2007, where they worked as an IT systems implementer and applicative supporter, providing instruction, on-site support, and help desk assistance for various information system projects. In 2010, they joined Payoneer as a Marketing Manager. In 2011, they joined Kaltura as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing over 200 customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Over the years, Ayala progressed within Kaltura and held roles such as Director of Customer Success, Director of Customer Operations, and Senior Director of Information Systems. Most recently, they have been serving as the VP of Information Systems at Kaltura.

Ayala Iwanir studied at the following institutions:

- From 2006 to 2007, Ayala attended John Bryce Training.

- From 1997 to 2001, Ayala studied Film Scoring at Rimon - School of Jazz and Contemporary Music.

- From 1990 to 1995, Ayala earned a B. Mus. degree in Piano Performance from The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
