Ric Brown is an experienced attorney with a focus on business law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and finance at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP since June 2014. Additionally, Ric serves as General Counsel, Director, and Secretary for Kalsec Inc. and its affiliates, contributing to the company’s legal strategies. Ric is also a Director at both LaFourche Realty Company and First National Bank of Michigan, actively participating in governance and long-term planning. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Principal at Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone from 1984 to June 2014.
