Jim Justice has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jim worked at Kalsec Inc. from 1995 to present, holding positions such as Sr. Vice President of Corporate Responsibility & Resource Management, Vice President of Corporate Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing, and Director of Engineering / Plant Engineer. Jim also served as a Commissioner at The City of Parchment from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they held managerial positions at James River Corporation as Maintenance & Engineering Manager and Mead Paper as Project Engineer and Design Engineer.
Jim Justice attended Michigan Technological University from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Their field of study during this time was focused on Dynamic Systems & Noise Control. Jim then went on to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1991 to 1992. While at the university, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management, but it appears that they did not complete the program, as it is mentioned as "partial."
