Karin Klaassen has extensive experience in healthcare and education, currently serving as a member of the Ondernemingsraad and an informal care worker at Kalorama since March 2021, while also volunteering at Hospice Bethlehem since February 2020. Previous roles include research into small-scale housing with care at Leyden Academy on Vitality and Ageing, management positions at KION Kinderopvang overseeing childcare teams and policy advisement, and project coordination in the Brede School initiative for the Gemeente Nijmegen. Earlier in the career, Karin held various teaching positions at ROC Nijmegen and Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, focused on social skills and nursing. Additional experience includes roles as a social nurse, a general nurse, and a community nurse. Karin Klaassen earned a Master's degree in Public and Social Science from Utrecht University and several degrees in nursing and education from esteemed institutions.
