Lauren Hansel currently serves as the Poultry Service Manager at Kalmbach Feeds Inc., with a career spanning over a decade in animal husbandry and agricultural management. Previously, Lauren held roles such as Croton Pullet Manager at Trillium Farms, where responsibilities included oversight of 2.6 million egg-laying chicks and compliance with regulatory standards, and as Layer Site Assistant Manager at Livingston ISD, focusing on educational development. Lauren also possesses experience as the Equestrian Director at YMCA, managing a large herd of horses and leading a team, along with an internship in equine reproduction. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Animal Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Animal Science, and Equine Science from Sam Houston State University, complemented by education in Early Childhood Education at Wright State University.
