Marcia Reinthaler possesses extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Director Customer Experience at Kallista since June 1997, following a role as Sr. Manager Customer Experience. Prior to Kallista, Marcia Reinthaler worked at Kohler Co. from June 1985 to May 1997, holding positions as Resident Manager at The American Club 5 diamond resort and Sr. Manager Customer Experience for the Kallista brand, as well as in hospitality accounting. Marcia Reinthaler earned a BA in Marketing, Business Administration, and Computer Science from Lakeland University between 1996 and 2001.
