Braden King is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across various roles in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Kallidus since July 2023, Braden has been a Business Partner and Software Engineer at JuggleBee since March 2014, where the focus has been on developing and maintaining the platform. Prior to this, Braden held the position of Lead Backend Engineer at Lifestream from May 2017 to July 2023, where significant achievements included the transformation of a monolithic Ruby on Rails application into a microservices-based architecture. With earlier roles at Westcosoft, Media and Software Studio, and Griffin Studios, Braden has cultivated a diverse skill set in Ruby, PHP, and database management while also contributing to educational initiatives as a lecturer at Eastcape Midlands College. Braden holds a BSc in Information Systems and Computer Science from Rhodes University.
