Muhammad Azmi Farih is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer currently employed at Kalibrr since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing 24/7 on-call support and fostering team collaboration. Prior to Kalibrr, Farih served as a Senior System Engineer at Pareteum Corporation from October 2015 to May 2022, focusing on maintaining SLAs for MVNO customers and developing monitoring scripts. Farih began the career as a System Engineer at Bigjava and a System Administrator at Eyetech, with a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics of Engineering from Telkom Institute of Technology, Bandung, obtained in 2011.
