Happy Ghosh has a diverse range of work experience. Happy started their career in 2010 as a Laboratory Assistant at Boston University. In 2012, Happy worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Indiana University Health, where they analyzed existing data on fast frequency questionnaires and metabolic syndrome.

In 2011, Happy worked as an Engineering Course Grader at Boston University and also served as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Porter Lab. In this role, they worked towards the development of a more effective and targeted cancer drug delivery by generating cancer drug loaded polymers, conducting tests, and analyzing data.

Happy then joined InstaEDU in 2014 as a Tutor before moving on to Duke University in 2015. At Duke, Happy held multiple roles including Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Academic Director. Happy conducted research on mHealth Assisted Conditional Cash Transfers to Improve Timeliness of Childhood Vaccinations, translated surveys, and assessed platforms for SMS systems. Happy also composed a curriculum and managed counselors for Duke Youth Programs Biosciences and Engineering summer camps.

Currently, Happy is employed at Kalia Health, where they have held various positions since 2018. Happy started as a New Business Development Manager before becoming the Head of Product Development and eventually the Chief Product Officer in November 2020.

Happy Ghosh completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Boston University from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, Happy Ghosh participated in a study abroad program at Tel Aviv University. From 2015 to 2017, Happy Ghosh pursued a Master of Science in Global Health at Duke University.
