Nathalie Lambert is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets and derivatives law. Currently serving as General Counsel and Practice Head at Kalexius since 2016, Nathalie has held various senior roles including Senior Legal Counsel. Previously, positions included Lawyer-Transaction Legal at Nomura and Lehman Brothers, as well as Capital Markets Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Slaughter and May. Nathalie began a career in academia as a Lecturer on Debt Finance and Corporate Law at BPP Law School. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Corporate Law from Paris-Sud University and training as an Avocat at Barreau de Paris, alongside solicitor credentials for England & Wales.
