Jason McGovern has a diverse work experience in the technology and entertainment industries. Jason is currently the Director of Digital Product Experiences at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Software Development at the same company from June 2019 to January 2023. Before joining Kaleidoscope, they served as the Head of Studio at Bluegrass Interactive Studios starting from October 2017. From April 2016 to October 2017, they were a Producer of Mobile Co-Dev & Licensing at The Walt Disney Company and also worked as a Game Producer for Casual Games from October 2011 to April 2016, where they produced various games to promote Disney's entertainment properties. Jason's earlier experience includes working at JAKKS Pacific, Inc. as a Producer, Interactive from July 2009 to October 2011, Associate Producer, Interactive from November 2006 to July 2009, Quality Assurance Test Lead from August 2006 to November 2006, and Quality Assurance Tester from November 2005 to August 2006. At JAKKS, they led the production of video games and interactive toy products, managed relationships with partners, and mentored teams.
