Tucker Pierce has a diverse work experience in the fields of art direction, graphic design, project management, and video editing. Tucker started their career at Olin Business School as a Video Editor, where they handled various tasks such as filming, editing, and photography for the school's marketing department. Later, Tucker worked as a Graphic Designer at Hi/Tec Copy Center, creating promotional materials for both large accounts and walk-in customers. Tucker then co-founded Westminster Press, an organization that focuses on promoting the work of artists from marginalized identities and fostering community. At Kaleidoscope Management Group, Tucker held multiple roles, including Chief Performance Officer and Chief of Staff & Senior Project Manager. In these positions, they developed innovative marketing strategies, managed projects, and brought clarity to complex concepts for clients. Throughout their career, Tucker has demonstrated a strong ability to cut through the noise and bring a sense of purpose to their clients' visions.
Tucker Pierce obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Printmaking and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to participate in a Study Abroad program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, focusing on the same fields of study.
