Christopher Owens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christopher began working at South View High School as a student in 2002. After graduating, they worked at Charlotte Swim Academy in various roles including data entry clerk, customer service representative, web designer, computer support technician, and network technician from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they worked at IBM as a helpdesk support technician and then moved on to Camelot Consulting, Inc. as a support technician from 2008 to 2009. Christopher joined Wells Fargo in 2009 as a technical services officer and worked there until 2012. From 2012 onwards, they have been working at Kaleida Systems Inc. where they have held multiple roles including product support specialist, senior application specialist, systems analyst, junior web developer, and currently as a system engineer. In their roles at Kaleida Systems Inc., Christopher has gained experience in web-based scheduling/financial software support, Quickbooks and QuickBooks Online integration, and EDI setup and troubleshooting.
Christopher Owens attended the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
