Calista Gregoire has developed a diverse skill set in human resources and operations, with experience at organizations such as Kaleida Health and Pegula Sports and Entertainment, where responsibilities included coordination of human resources processes. Gregoire has also served as a Leasing Manager for American Campus Communities, managing leasing operations. At Tough Mudder, both roles as Workforce and Volunteer Coordinator and Workforce Intern contributed to valuable insights into workforce management. Additionally, experience as a Graduate Assistant and Football Operations Intern at Florida State University provided a foundation in athletic administration and operations.
