Ashraf Qutaishat, PhD, possesses extensive experience in research and development within the fields of information systems and technologies. Ashraf worked at Centro ALGORITMI from January 2018 to March 2023 as a member of the IST R&D Line and ISTOrg R&D Group. Ashraf's research contributions include roles at the Escola de Engenharia da Universidade do Minho and leading authorship of papers presented at various conferences. Ashraf served as a Joomla Developer for APSI - IFIP TC8, leading the development of a new website, and as a Research and Development Manager at Eurohelp Consulting, where innovative housing and financial technology proposals were developed. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Information Systems and Technologies from Universidade do Minho and various project management specializations from Google.
