Scott Laaback is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sustainable agriculture and food management. Currently serving as Permaculture Manager at Kalani since November 2014, Scott previously gained valuable experience as a Deli Assistant at The Food Store and worked as a Line Cook and Gardener at Hungry Iguana Restaurant, where Scott implemented sustainable practices. Prior roles include subsistence farming at Evening Rain Farm and working as a farmhand at Dragon's Eye Farm, where Scott contributed to aquaponics and earth-based gardening while practicing Korean Natural Farming methods. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Oregon, obtained in 2003.
