Sofia Han has a diverse range of work experience, spanning various industries and roles. Sofia began their career at Rumah Sakit Hewan Pendidikan IPB as an Administrative Intern in 2015. Sofia then served as an Editor at BEM FEM IPB from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked as an Editor In Chief at the Centre of Management IPB for a few months in 2017. In the same year, they interned as part of the Creative Team at Martha Tilaar Group. In 2018, Sofia joined Bukalapak, where they held roles in Service Quality Assurance - Customer Satisfaction Management and Service Branding until 2019. In that same year, they also worked as an Internal Communication Staff at Tiket.com. From 2019 to 2020, Sofia served as a Marketing & Business Development Associate at Kakao Entertainment, where they achieved significant milestones in social media growth. More recently, they held the roles of Campaign Officer - In App Marketing Operation and Social Media Marketing Specialist at Kakao Entertainment. Sofia's roles involved various responsibilities such as analyzing in-app events, coordinating with stakeholders, strategizing marketing strategies, planning social media content, and conducting research for marketing channels.
Sofia Han graduated from IPB University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Economics degree, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management. In 2016, they also had the opportunity to be an exchange student at Ehime University, where they focused on Community Services. In terms of additional certifications, Sofia obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in April 2021 and completed The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course from Google in 2020.
