Léa Batal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, education strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Kajou since September 2021, Léa defines the company's international operations strategy and leads a multidisciplinary operations department. Prior to this role, Léa was the President and Board Member for Kiron Lebanon, contributing to organizational strategy, fundraising, and team development from March 2016 to June 2023. Key achievements include establishing the Lebanon office, securing significant funding, and fostering strategic partnerships in the Middle East. Additional experience encompasses roles at AFD, the United Nations, and the European League for Economic Cooperation, complemented by a strong academic background in international economic policy and social sciences from prestigious institutions.
