Billy Mills is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in managing financial operations within the PFI/PPP sector. Currently serving as PFI Group Finance Manager at Kajima Europe since February 2021, Billy oversees a team of 10 to manage a diverse portfolio of 24 assets, originally valued at approximately £1.3 billion. Previously, Billy held various finance roles, including Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager at Kajima, Deputy Financial Controller and Management Accountant at HCP Social Infrastructure, and Project Accountant at John Laing. Earlier career experience includes positions at Arik Air Ltd and a brief work experience stint at Sainty, Hird & Partners. Billy possesses a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kent and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Finance, achieved through ACCA from 2014 to 2018.
