Ieva Galinyte began their work experience as a CalFresh Intern at Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County in 2015. Ieva then worked as a Community Engagement Intern at HomeAid Orange County before joining the Russian Department of Wellesley College as a Research Assistant. In 2016, they joined the MIND Research Institute as a Marketing Assistant and later became a Product Marketing Specialist. Ieva then served as an Associate Product Manager before leaving the company in 2019. Ieva then joined iHerb, LLC as a Product Manager for Rewards and later transitioned to a Product Manager for Payments. In 2021, they joined Kajabi as a Product Manager and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Product Manager in 2022.

Ieva Galinyte obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Wellesley College. Ieva also holds a certification in Innovation and Product Development from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
