Andrea Cardozo has a diverse work experience that spans a decade. In 2010, they began working at Arcos Dorados as a Gerente de turno, where they were responsible for ensuring optimal standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, as well as following food control and safety procedures and attending to customers' inquiries and suggestions. In 2015, they moved on to Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica) as a Customer Service Representative - Full English. After two years, they joined Instituto del Niño y Adolescente del Uruguay (INAU) as an Administrativa. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Kaizen Softworks as an Office Manager.
Andrea Cardozo began their educational journey in 2015, when they obtained a Bachillerato en Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades from Preuniversitario Ciudad de San Felipe. Andrea then went on to obtain an Analista en Recursos Humanos from Universidad de la Empresa in 2016-2017. Following this, they earned a Tecnicatura en Gerencia from Universidad de la Empresa in 2017-2019. Currently, Andrea is pursuing a Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos from Universidad de la Empresa. In 2013, they also obtained a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
