Zandrea Harlin, MPH, RN-BC, serves as the Director of Health Plan Quality Performance and Reporting at Kaiser Permanente since April 2015, overseeing regional health plan quality oversight and improvement activities, including accreditation, regulatory compliance, and HEDIS reporting. Prior roles include Quality Manager positions focusing on Condition Management, Equity, Inclusion, and Population Health, as well as Quality Improvement Specialist. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Zandrea held clinical roles at Group Health Cooperative and the Downtown Emergency Service Center, with experience as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse and Clinical Operations Manager. Zandrea's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University.
