Tina Lounsbery, PMP, is a highly experienced professional in the healthcare industry with a focus on revenue cycle management and IT project leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle (Revenue Integrity) at Kaiser Permanente since July 2017, Tina oversees various aspects of revenue cycle initiatives. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Senior IT Project Manager at Stanford Health Care, managing revenue cycle IT projects. Tina's experience also includes serving as the Health System Manager at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where leadership was provided for the Revenue Integrity Project Team, and working as a Sr Consultant at BearingPoint Consulting, overseeing process improvements in patient registration. Tina's earlier career included a managerial role at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where significant revenue cycle enhancements were implemented.
