Sathiyan (Seth) Kutty is an experienced AI and Data Science Leader currently working at Kaiser Permanente since 2018. In this role, Seth leads the National Healthplan's Sales, Account Management, and Marketing Teams, focusing on growth and customer retention through Predictive and Causal Analytics. Additionally, Seth has spearheaded the KPIT initiative Business Digital Operations, utilizing AI/ML to enhance the availability and resiliency of medical applications across Kaiser Hospitals and Medical Offices nationwide. Previous roles include positions in healthcare AI at TrueMedicines PlusChain, VP of Data Science and AI at The Big Data Company, Director of Information Technology at Tesla Motors, and various leadership roles that span over two decades in the technology and healthcare sectors. Seth holds an MSc in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a BSc in Electrical, Electronics & Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, complemented by a recent course in Business Analytics from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
