Rhonda Polchak is a seasoned pharmacy operations executive with extensive experience leading large-scale pharmacy services. Currently serving as Vice President Pharmacy Operations and Services at Kaiser Permanente since 2016, Rhonda oversees operations of a mail-order facility with a $1.6 billion budget, processes over 50,000 orders daily, and leads a team of approximately 2,500. Previous roles at Target included Regional Healthcare Market Leader, where Rhonda managed P&L, regulatory compliance, and enhanced customer service across multiple states. Rhonda’s educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Colorado State University.
