Eldridge Banks is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kaiser Permanente since May 2020, Eldridge previously held the same title at Aetna from October 2016 to April 2020, and at National Dentex Corp from November 2010 to 2016. Eldridge's tenure at PepsiCo - Frito-Lay as Sr. HR Director from May 1999 to October 2010 further solidified expertise in human resources management. Eldridge holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a background from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
