Connie L. is a Senior Data Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on National Membership Analytics & Planning since August 2019, following a role as a Data Consultant for TPMG Financial Services. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Funding Coordinator at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale, promoting entrepreneurship and managing event funds from September 2018 to April 2019. Connie contributed to an NIH-funded research project at Yale University as a Research Assistant, where data models were developed to analyze home-visit attendance and birth outcomes from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Connie has experience as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Advanced Cell Diagnostics, where Connie gained insight into RNA detection techniques, and conducted independent research on air pollution and public health effects in Hong Kong while receiving a grant from The Henry Luce Foundation.
