Chandu Karadi, M.D. Ph.D., has extensive experience in emergency medicine and healthcare leadership, particularly with Kaiser Permanente since 2003, where responsibilities include serving as the Urgent Care Lead in Santa Cruz County, overseeing the establishment of a new urgent care facility, and developing clinical decision support tools as the CREST Technology Developer. Additionally, Chandu has contributed to medical education as a Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor and has held various leadership roles in emergency departments, focusing on operational improvements and patient care. Prior experience includes an emergency medicine residency at UCLA Health and research at Stanford University. Chandu's academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, PhD in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MD from Stanford University.
