Tricia Neuman is a seasoned expert in health policy, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Executive Director of the Program on Medicare Policy at the Kaiser Family Foundation since February 1995. In addition, Tricia Neuman holds the position of Senior Advisor to the President. Prior experience includes roles as professional staff for the Committee on Ways and Means in the US House of Representatives from 1989 to 1994 and as committee staff for the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging from 1982 to 1985. An early career included an internship at the House of Commons in 1977. Tricia Neuman earned an ScD in Health Policy and Management from The Johns Hopkins University between 1985 and 1993 and a BA in History from Wesleyan University from 1977 to 1981, complemented by foundational education at the American School in London from 1974 to 1977.
