Fajri Tirta Nugraha has extensive experience in data center operations and IT management. Currently employed at PT. Kairos Utama Indonesia since December 2013 as a Data Center Operator for Standard Chartered Bank, Fajri manages the data center environment, addresses user-reported issues, executes business continuity plans, and ensures the optimal performance of network and storage servers while mitigating downtime risks. Prior experience includes monitoring data center activities at PT. Medco Energi E & P, where responsibilities encompassed server performance analysis, hardware installation, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Earlier, Fajri worked at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, managing IT asset inventories and providing technical support for desktop and laptop systems. Fajri holds a degree in Information Technology from Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung.
