Choua Her is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Kairos Power. She is responsible for the development of Kairos Power’s recruitment strategy as well as the management and implementation of programs, initiatives, and processes that support recruiting and staffing.
Choua brings over 15 years of recruiting and HR experience ranging from Fortune 500 to start-up companies in a variety of industries, including data storage, aerospace, defense, clinical lab, and game development.
Choua obtained her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Argosy University and her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
