Adam Haberlach has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Adam currently works as a Principal Software Engineer at Kairos Aerospace since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Everyday Robots as a Software Engineer for New Product Introduction from November 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they were employed at X, the moonshot factory as a Software Engineer for New Product Introduction from August 2021 to November 2021.

Adam's longest tenure was at Waymo, where they served as a Software Engineer from January 2017 to August 2021. During their time at Waymo, they led the Hardware Test and Manufacturing Test team, collaborating with multiple contract manufacturers to deliver automotive-grade components. Adam also developed tools for updating and testing in-car user experience hardware.

Earlier in their career, Adam worked at Google in multiple roles. From June 2012 to January 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer In Test, developing the Manufacturing Test Data Repository for Google Glass. Adam also served as a Software QA Engineering Manager from June 2005 to June 2012.

Adam's experience also includes working at AirWave Wireless as a Support/Sales Engineer from March 2002 to March 2004, where they were responsible for both internal and external support and software build and fulfillment. Prior to that, they worked at Be, Inc. in various roles, including Network Applications/Services Engineer from March 2000 to August 2001 and QA Engineer from March 1998 to March 2000. At Be, Inc., they developed management solutions for internet appliances, implemented client/server communication systems, and performed defect tracking and automated testing.

Adam Haberlach attended Oregon State University from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering.
