Adam Haberlach has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Adam currently works as a Principal Software Engineer at Kairos Aerospace since August 2022. Adam's longest tenure was at Waymo, where they served as a Software Engineer from January 2017 to August 2021. During their time at Waymo, they led the Hardware Test and Manufacturing Test team, collaborating with multiple contract manufacturers to deliver automotive-grade components. Adam also developed tools for updating and testing in-car user experience hardware.

At Be, Inc., they developed management solutions for internet appliances, implemented client/server communication systems, and performed defect tracking and automated testing.
Adam Haberlach attended Oregon State University from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering.
