Graeme Duncan has worked in the mining industry for over 17 years. Graeme currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Kainantu Resources (TSX-V: KRL; FSE: 6J0), a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Director of Minarco Pty Limited from 2004 to 2021, and the Executive Director of Tasman Mining from 2004 to 2010. Graeme was also a Non Executive Director of ARCHIPELAGO RESOURCES PLC from 2010 to 2021.

Graeme Duncan obtained their Bachelor of Engineering - 1st Class Honours from UNSW from 1975 to 1976 in Mining and Mineral Engineering. Graeme then went on to obtain their Master of Engineering - MEng from the University of Wollongong in 1985 in Mining and Mineral Engineering.
