Claudio Mendoza has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager for Kainantu Resources (TSX-V: KRL; FSE: 6J0). Prior to this, they were a Consulting Geologist for RTG Mining from 2014 to 2021. From 2011 to 2014, they were a District Geologist for Archipelago Resources PLC. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Consulting Geologist - Regional for Vale Exploration Philippines, Inc., where they provided geological consultancy services to different exploration projects. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Exploration Geologist for Ivanhoe Mines and TMM MANAGEMENT GROUP. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Exploration Geologist for RED 5 RESOURCES, LTD (Australia). From 2003 to 2004, they were a Chief Geologist for Natural Resources Mining Dev't. Corp., where they were in charge of the mine geology/exploration surrounding the mine area and supervised underground re-mapping and re-sampling. From 1998 to 2003, they were a Consultant Geologist for EXINDO GEOSERVICES, INC., providing contract geological services to various companies with exploration in various parts of the Philippines. Finally, from 1997 to 1998, they were an Asst. Chief Geologist for PT. JAVA GOLD INDONESIA (JAVA GOLD Canada).

Claudio Mendoza attended Mapúa University from 1974 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology.
