Suhana Sulaiman began their work experience in 2005 as a Material Planner at Aker Solutions. Suhana worked in this role until 2010 when they joined Seagate Technology as a Senior Production Planner. Suhana stayed with Seagate Technology until 2016. In 2017, they became an Operations Manager at Kaigan Games Entertainment, and they are currently in this position.

Suhana Sulaiman pursued their education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Physics from 2002 to 2005. Later, they attended Universiti Putra Malaysia from 2008 to 2010 to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business.
