Jayaram Shivan is an experienced professional with a strong background in DevOps, cloud solutions, and business management. Currently serving as the Director of DevSecOps and Value Stream Management at Kaiburr since April 2020, Jayaram focuses on enabling Security by Design, enhancing DevSecOps value realization, and improving visibility for software product teams. Simultaneously, as the Director of Cloud & DevOps at Amvion Labs Pvt Ltd since April 2017, Jayaram analyzes client business requirements, manages DevOps teams, and supports organizations in their cloud journeys. Previously, from April 2002 to March 2017, Jayaram held the position of Business Manager at Gemini Communication Ltd, where responsibilities included managing client relationships in the Enterprise segment and BFSI vertical, achieving consistent growth over a decade.
