Sheila Johnson, CBAP, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at KAI Partners, Inc., Sheila has held significant roles at Oracle and Northwestern Fire Support, where responsibilities included developing PMO standards, providing project management support, and overseeing HR and finance operations. With a strong background in business analysis and project management for clients such as the University of California, Xerox Corporation, and California State Teachers Retirement System, Sheila has successfully managed complex projects, facilitated training, and improved organizational competencies. Sheila holds dual Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration from Nichols College, along with a BA in Environmental Studies and Economics from California State University-Sacramento.
