Ryan Hatcher, PMP, is an experienced Account Manager at KAI Partners, Inc., leading a team focused on project and program management, data analysis, research, and evaluation for California Community Colleges workforce development programs since May 2017. Previously, Ryan served as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager, overseeing a $20 million grant management platform, and worked as an OCM/Communications Consultant for the California Department of Health Care Services. Ryan founded Hatcher Consulting, delivering political and public affairs campaign strategies from December 2010 to May 2023. Additional roles include Deputy Manager for Bill Bryant for Governor, Public Information Officer for the New Mexico Public Education Department, District Representative for the California State Senate, and Associate Consultant at Public Square Partners. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2007.
