Stephen Fay, CPA, LL.M, JD, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the field. Since January 2013, Stephen has been a partner in the Tax Services Group at KLR. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a shareholder at Fay & Associates, P.C. from 1996 to December 2012, and as a partner at Tobin & Waldstein CPA's from 1977 to 1996. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, a Doctor of Law degree from Suffolk University Law School, and a Master of Laws from Boston University School of Law.
