Sharon McCall serves as the Firmwide Paralegal Manager at Kahana Feld since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring paralegals and legal assistants, as well as overseeing hiring and staffing across multiple practice groups. Prior to this role, Sharon was the Lead CD Paralegal focusing on the Construction Defect Practice Group, excelling in team building and motivation. Previous experience includes working as a paralegal at The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates, performing client intake and document proofreading, and serving as a Litigation Paralegal at Bullard, Brown & Beal, LLP, where case management tasks were performed. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, summa cum laude, from Lamar University and is currently continuing education at Kaplan University.
