Rachel Davidson serves as the Vice President of Operations Services and Brand Licensing at Kahala Brands, a position held since September 2008. In this role, Rachel manages relationships with licensing partners, oversees product development, and coordinates project management for over 20 restaurant brands, including Cold Stone Creamery. Responsibilities also include strategic budget management, quality assurance, and fostering communication across departments. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Cold Stone Creamery, including Regional Director of Operations and General Manager. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Sciences from the University of Florida in 2003.
